Mirror Lake Inn – Lake Placid, NY

The Mirror Lake Inn, owned by the Weibrecht Family for several decades is one of the first Five Star Resorts in New York State to go solar and incorporate renewables into its business plan and overall corporate green initiatives. National Solar Advisors was proud to work with the ownership and management of the Mirror Lake Inn, to make this 126.14 KW install a reality.

Andrew and his GM Chris Jarvis really understood the value of solar and taking a long-term approach to savings. It wasn’t just about saving money to this client however and that was refreshing to see. Early in our discussions it was made clear to me, that they were going solar, to show that Global Warming is a national crisis and that as business owners they wanted to make a statement to the guests that frequent the resort, the community of Lake Placid and all that have the pleasure of visiting this gorgeous property. We thank Andrew and his family and look forward to many years of seeing this solar system in operation.
